You will drive exponential growth across existing relationships, expanding total contract value and shaping the broader business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:- Own and manage end-to-end client relationships with P&L accountability.
- Drive aggressive revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.
- Structure and negotiate high-value deals with a focus on innovation.
- Develop and execute client growth strategies to increase wallet share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to expand account footprint.
- Lead solutioning efforts by translating client needs into actionable consulting deliverables.
- Oversee operational execution and ensure seamless delivery across engagements.
- 12-15 years of sales experience with 5+ years in the Australian banking sector.
- Proven success in selling solutions involving Data Analytics, AI/ML, and Data Engineering.
- Strong network of CXO-level relationships within Big4/5 banking institutions.
- Ability to articulate and deliver analytics solutions on major cloud platforms.
- Demonstrated success in engaging top-tier banking clients with impactful solutions.
- Experience managing portfolios in the $50M+ range.
- Deep understanding of BFS industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams.
- Strong executive presence and team leadership capabilities.
