The Intrax Housing Division has built its success by inspiring volume builders to create innovative and affordable homes for Australian families. As an Engineering Team Leader, you will have the opportunity to join our growing Housing team on a full-time permanent basis within our Victorian division.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and growing team members
  • Establishing and maintaining client relationships
  • Providing technical expertise to support sales staff in acquiring new business
  • Driving departmental projects, innovations, and improvements
  • Delivering on departmental/state bottom line as set by State & National Department Managers

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil/Structural)
  • 3+ years of experience in a technical role
  • Experience with people management in a leadership capacity
  • Experience managing workflows successfully and efficiently
  • Knowledge of the residential design and construction process, from untitled land to handover
  • Thorough knowledge of relevant building codes and standards
  • Ability to work with CRM systems to optimize processes and systems
