As a key member of the Housing team, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers, establishing and maintaining client relationships, and driving departmental projects and innovations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a team of engineers to deliver high-quality projects
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive business growth
  • Assist sales staff with technical expertise to acquire new business
  • Drive departmental projects, innovations, and improvements
  • Deliver on departmental/state bottom line as set by State & National Department Managers
Requirements:
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil/Structural)
  • 3+ years of experience in a technical role
  • Experience with people management in a leadership capacity
  • Experience managing workflows successfully and efficiently
  • Knowledge of the residential design and construction process, from untitled land to handover
  • Thorough knowledge of relevant building codes and standards
  • Ability to work with CRM's to optimise processes and systems
