Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine reporting lines, systems, and procedures with best practice in mind.
  • Focus on bidding, winning, and delivering new work, leveraging your expertise in environmental project management.
  • Lead and manage a team, ensuring effective collaboration and communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Apply your knowledge of current environmental legislation, standards, and guidelines to drive project success.
  • Develop and maintain established relationships with builders, developers, architects, urban planners, and project managers.
  • Utilize computer software, including ESdat, gINT, Pro UCL, Surfer, and GW Chart, to support project delivery.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years' experience delivering environmental projects, including due diligence, contaminated land investigations, risk assessment, and remediation.
  • Proven project management expertise in relevant industry sectors.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with a focus on client contact, liaison, and management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply best practice in environmental project management.
