We are seeking an experienced Senior Proposal Coordinator to support our business in coordinating and writing winning bid/tender responses. If you have a passion for crafting compelling and professional proposals and other communications and marketing materials, this 12-month full-time contract is the next career step for you.



About the Role

  • What You'll Do:
  • Write high-level, compelling, and professional bid/tender response submissions
  • Review incoming bid/tender opportunities
  • Coordinate and lead bid meetings and develop response strategies
  • Liaise with subject matter experts (SMEs) to plan and manage response submissions
  • Communicate with external organizations to seek information or feedback on opportunities
  • Create engaging and informative written content and multimedia for different channels
  • Assist with project communications


About You

  • Previous experience in managing the end-to-end tender/bid response process from reviewing and assessing potential opportunities to writing winning tender/bid proposals
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with a high attention to detail
  • Experience and confidence in collating data and reports and working with complex technical information
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with SMEs
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once and work autonomously
  • Experience working with Microsoft tools and work management platforms (e.g., Asana)
  • Degree in marketing, journalism, business, health science, or similar, or equivalent experience


Average Salary: AU$85,000 - AU$105,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
