Randstad is proud to partner with a leading global construction consultancy to recruit a Temporary Corporate Personal and Project Assistant. This role requires a highly organized and detail-focused professional with expertise in fee proposals, submissions, and high-volume document management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Document Preparation:
    • Prepare and submit fee proposals, tender documentation, letters, reports, and tax invoices.
    • Draft correspondence and maintain email filing systems.
  • Client and Team Support:
    • Manage client communications, arrange appointments, and coordinate meetings.
    • Diary and travel management.
    • Organize boardroom lunches, conferences, and client functions.
  • Quality Assurance (QA):
    • Conduct internal audits and liaise with QA certifiers during external audits.
    • Maintain QA documentation, process improvement requests, and client feedback records.
    • Assist with electronic archiving and maintain the QA filing system.
  • Data Management:
    • Update project experience spreadsheets and image libraries.
    • High-volume data entry, formatting, and document management.
  • General Administration:
    • Collect debts and maintain correspondence records.
    • Support in creating capability statements and project profiles.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with fee proposals and submissions is essential.
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume document workflows.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and 12D.
  • Excellent communication and client liaison abilities.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
