Disability Support Role Overview

We empower individuals with intellectual disabilities to access the community and achieve their goals.

In this role, you will assist clients to gain greater independence and joy in their daily lives.

  • Deliver personalized support aligned with each client's goals and plans.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as toileting, showering, and dressing.
  • Use safe manual handling techniques in accordance with individual plans.
  • Facilitate community access and transportation using vehicles or public transport.
  • Build relationships with clients, families, and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Collaborate within a close-knit team.
  • Respond to incidents in line with guidelines.

This is a casual hourly position, working weekdays from 9am to 3pm. A valid NSW Driver's Licence (P2/full) and confidence driving vehicles are required.
