Job Title: Support Worker

We are seeking dedicated individuals who are passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of people with disabilities. As a Support Worker, you will work closely with individuals to achieve their goals and support them in their daily lives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Support customers to live independently and confidently by helping them build daily living skills, staying healthy and safe, and connecting them with their community.
  2. Assist with personal care in a way that promotes dignity and independence.
  3. Use manual handling equipment such as hoists and transfer aids safely and effectively.
  4. Follow individual care plans to support health needs, including epilepsy and wound care.
  5. Administer medication safely and accurately according to medication management plans.
  6. Prepare and support mealtimes according to mealtime management plans.
  7. Help customers maintain a clean and safe home environment, for example light cleaning, laundry, and shopping.
  8. Assist with community access, social inclusion, and everyday outings.
  9. Encourage and enable daily living skills to build confidence and independence.
