Role Overview

  • Navigate NDIS guidelines and regulations to optimize service delivery

Requirements:
  • Qualifications or experience in Disability, Social Work, Education, or related fields
  • Proven track record of supporting people with disabilities (adults and/or children)
  • Understanding of person-centred and strengths-based practice principles
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, manage time, and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in budget management and reporting requirements
  • Skilled in building relationships and resolving complex issues
  • Able to work respectfully with people from diverse backgrounds
  • Knowledge of NDIS and disability-related legislation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
