Role Overview:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a sheltered living scheme as a Coordinator, providing day-to-day support to tenants and enabling them to live independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support tenants in their daily lives, promoting independence and well-being
  • Collaborate with tenants, relatives, and healthcare professionals to ensure a safe and supportive environment
  • Organize and maintain accurate records, ensuring seamless coordination of care services

Requirements:

  • At least one year's experience in professional support or care services, preferably with older adults
  • Certified Liaison Agent in Training (CLAIT) or equivalent qualification
  • Administration skills and/or experience supporting vulnerable populations, particularly retirees
