Operations Leadership Role

We are seeking a skilled Operations Supervisor to join our team and drive innovation in transportation networks. This role requires a proactive leader capable of inspiring teams to achieve performance goals and productivity standards that align with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to fostering a strong health and safety culture by ensuring adherence to relevant laws and internal policies.
  • Assist in the daily oversight and management of departmental tasks.
  • Conduct staff debriefs, ensuring all paperwork is accurately and thoroughly completed.
  • Perform duties in line with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Allocate tasks to staff as needed to maintain workflow and meet daily performance targets.
  • Ensure adequate staffing levels for your area, including managing call outs for training, addressing absences, overseeing performance, providing coaching, and continually monitoring department productivity.
  • Support the onboarding and training of new associates to ensure they possess the necessary knowledge to perform required tasks.
  • Collaborate with other leaders in tracking, analyzing, and reporting metrics.
  • Monitor and report on associate hours and schedules.
Requirements
  • Experience in warehouse operations
  • Experience in logistics
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
  • Capacity to lift up to 20kg, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 10 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
