    Job Description
    • Supervise and coordinate a team of 10 warehouse staff during the afternoon shift (1:00pm-9:15pm)
    • Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch
    • Ensure inventory accuracy and manage stock control processes
    • Maintain a safe and compliant work environment in line with OH&S standards
    • Monitor team performance and productivity, providing guidance and support
    • Conduct shift handovers and ensure clear communication across teams
    • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
    • Operate and oversee use of warehouse systems and equipment
    • Train and on-board new team members as required
    • Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment

    The Successful Applicant
    • Proven experience in a warehouse supervisory or team leader role
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team of 10
    • Holds a current and valid forklift license (LF)
    • Solid understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and dispatch processes
    • Familiar with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanning technology
    • Committed to maintaining a safe and compliant work environment
    • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick, practical decisions
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Reliable, punctual, and able to work the afternoon shift (1:00pm-9:15pm)
    • Physically fit and capable of performing manual handling tasks
