Warehouse Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced warehouse supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
You will work closely with the warehouse team to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure that all customer products are handled with care. Your expertise in airline handling and operations will be crucial in monitoring and supervising the performance of subcontractors associated with warehousing functions.
In addition to your technical skills, you will also be responsible for leading and developing the warehouse team, ensuring that they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their jobs effectively.
Requirements- Initial experience in decision-making and problem-solving skills is essential.
- A valid driver's license and forklift license are required.
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
- Supervisory skills and a team-oriented mindset are essential.
- Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders is crucial.
