A senior warehouse supervisor is required to lead a team of operators in tasks related to receiving, storing, picking, packing and shipping products accurately and efficiently.

  • Provide effective leadership: motivate and guide a team of warehouse personnel, ensuring daily tasks are completed efficiently and productively.
  • Supervise operations: oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping, maintaining high accuracy and productivity levels.
  • Maintain quality focus: ensure that all products are handled, stored, and shipped in accordance with safety and quality standards.
  • Promote a safe working environment: enforce health and safety procedures, conduct regular safety checks, and report any issues promptly.
  • Support fulfillment center operations: collaborate with other departments to maintain smooth operation, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in warehouse supervision or similar roles within fast-paced environments.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in basic software packages such as Microsoft Office.
  • Flexibility in working hours to accommodate changing operational needs.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with other departments.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
