Job Title: Warehouse Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Operations Supervisor to oversee the smooth operation of our warehouse.

  • This is a challenging opportunity for an individual with extensive knowledge of warehouse operations, team leadership, and inventory management.
About The Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing warehouse operations, including inventory control, team leadership, service quality, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage receipt of inbound goods, ensuring timely and accurate inventory updates.
  • Oversee the warehouse management system, including RF picking.
  • Prepare and accurately pick daily deliveries to meet targets efficiently.
  • Build a collaborative team environment focused on engagement and achievement of company goals.
  • Approve warehouse expenses and recommend process improvements for continual enhancement of operations.
Requirements:
  • Work hands-on alongside your team.
  • Be an enthusiastic leader with a drive to succeed in warehouse/distribution roles.
  • Familiarity with electronic warehouse management systems.
  • Demonstrated team leadership, motivation, and results delivery.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proactive, motivated, resilient, and detail-oriented.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Possess knowledge of OH&S policies; related experience is preferred.
  • Flexible, hands-on approach and willingness to work hard.
  • Hold a LO or LF licence.
  • Ability to work one Saturday per month.
