About the Role

The Regional Manager will oversee the success of 16 aquatic recreation facilities and tourism sites across Northern NSW, driving operational performance, financial, and program deliverables.

As a seasoned and professional manager, you will lead with vision and energy, leveraging extensive experience in commercial/business management, preferably from within the leisure, fitness, aquatic, or facility management sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to ensure consistent quality services and programs to members and the community.
  • Lead high-performance teams, fostering strong team motivation and reinforcing Shared Partnership values.
  • Drive business growth through effective marketing, sales, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation and maintain sound computer literacy.

Requirements

  • Highly developed leadership skills, with experience in building successful teams and developing a high-performance culture.
  • Extensive experience in strategic development and execution of operational, financial, and people plans.
  • Sound knowledge of health and safety legislation and current certifications in First Aid, CPR, and Working with Children.
