Job Title: Regional Director - NSW

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader to drive the growth of our NSW arm. As Regional Director, you will be responsible for designing and executing a strategy to build and grow our business in the NSW region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Board of Directors to design, implement and execute on a strategy to grow the business into the NSW region
  • Lead production in acquiring new clients, retaining existing and leveraging cross-selling opportunities through peers in other states
  • Build and staff a new office through hiring, developing and securing a high quality team of broking and servicing expertise
  • Work closely with peers leading adjacent product lines to ensure alignment of strategy and culture
  • Build on a purposeful and ethical brand to position it correctly in the NSW market

Candidate Profile:

We are looking for a leader with a track record of production, strategy and leadership. You will be a broking professional with over 10 years' experience in Account Leadership, well networked across the Insurer landscape with the ability to negotiate terms and get deals completed.
