About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Director to lead and execute strategic consulting engagements across HelloFresh's global businesses. As a key member of our team, you will deliver value and drive continuous improvement, working closely with business leaders and key stakeholders to identify opportunities for enhancing operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a large team across multiple markets, ensuring KPIs are consistently met and exceeded.
  • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement workforce strategies in line with current and future hiring needs.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, providing trusted, strategic advice to drive project success.
  • Identify and lead continuous improvement initiatives, promoting operational efficiency across the region.
  • Analyze data and key metrics to inform decision-making and deliver actionable insights.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in managing senior stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Experience working globally or regionally, ideally across multiple countries.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and external agencies.
  • Leadership experience with a proven ability to train, mentor, and develop teams.
