Job Description

The Performance and Reward Analyst role encompasses supporting the review and implementation of performance and reward programs across the organization.

  • Coordinate annual performance review and remuneration review processes, including benchmarking surveys and reporting;
  • Develop and maintain Career Development frameworks and linkages with performance and other people programs;
  • Support the execution, communication, and engagement of performance management processes;
  • Submit remuneration benchmarking surveys; analyze data and prepare comprehensive summary reports;
  • Prepare insightful reports and presentations for internal stakeholders on quantitative and qualitative analysis;
  • Monitor legislative changes affecting remuneration and benefits and provide compliance support;
  • Liaise with external partners to support reward initiatives;
  • Offer analytical support and guidance to partners and employees regarding performance and reward related inquiries;
  • Participate in the development and delivery of training programs related to performance management and reward systems;
  • Support Employee Engagement through surveys and results presentations;
  • Conduct gender pay gap analysis and develop strategies for improvement;
  • Liaise with Systems and Reporting teams on relevant systems and portals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support performance management process execution;
  • Manage career development frameworks;
  • Develop and implement performance metrics;
  • Conduct market research for compensation packages;
  • Develop and maintain organizational policies and procedures.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience as a remuneration and benefits specialist in professional services, preferably within the legal industry. A degree-level education is preferred, along with Commerce or Business-related qualifications.
