
Compensation and Benefits Professional

We are seeking a skilled Compensation and Benefits Professional to support the development, implementation, and administration of our compensation programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct market pricing and benchmarking using salary surveys and internal data to ensure competitive compensation levels.
- Analyze job descriptions to determine appropriate salary levels based on market trends and organizational needs.
- Partner with HR and business leaders on compensation decisions for new hires, promotions, and annual reviews to ensure fairness and equity.
- Support the development of salary structures, incentive plans, and other compensation programs that align with business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations by staying up-to-date on industry best practices and changing legislation.
- Participate in compensation-related projects such as salary audits, equity reviews, and pay transparency initiatives to drive informed decision-making.
- Prepare and maintain compensation reports and dashboards to provide insights and recommendations to business stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, finance, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in compensation, HR analytics, or related field.
- Proficiency in Excel; experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
- Familiarity with compensation survey tools (e.g., Mercer, Radford, Willis Towers Watson).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present data-driven insights to diverse audiences.
- CCP certification is a plus but not required.
