Key Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Planning: Conduct thorough assessments to identify the needs of NDIS participants and develop personalized support plans that promote their independence and well-being.
  • Support Delivery: Deliver high-quality support services to NDIS participants, focusing on their strengths, goals, and aspirations.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with participants, their families, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless support and coordination.
  • Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with the latest best practices and research in behaviour support, and contribute to the development of our team's skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of 6 months of experience in behaviour support, preferably in an NDIS setting.
  • Qualifications: A degree-level qualification in an allied health profession, such as psychology, occupational therapy, or social work.
  • Registration: Current registration with a relevant professional body, such as AHPRA or ESSA.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
