- Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with the latest best practices and research in behaviour support, and contribute to the development of our team's skills and knowledge.
- Experience: A minimum of 6 months of experience in behaviour support, preferably in an NDIS setting.
- Qualifications: A degree-level qualification in an allied health profession, such as psychology, occupational therapy, or social work.
- Registration: Current registration with a relevant professional body, such as AHPRA or ESSA.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
