As a Business Analyst, Data Analytics in our ICS Commercial ANZ business, you'll play a key role in setting metrics that drive performance and ensure alignment between colleague and company interests. You'll provide thought leadership, analysis and insights to fuel long-term growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing a deep understanding of profitability levers, customer behavior drivers and performance measurements, with a focus on generating actionable insights for market growth
  • Owning and implementing the Business Performance process, including performance reporting and management of monthly dashboards for Sales teams
  • Providing critical analysis of data to identify areas of opportunity and risk, with recommendations for improvement
  • Supporting long-range planning (LRP) processes, focusing on growth, investments/CBA development (A&P, SQP, OPEX) and productivity efficiency modeling

You'll work closely with stakeholders across the organization, leveraging strong communication and influencing skills to build relationships and drive results.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Creative, analytical and results-driven mindset, with a proven ability to draw conclusions from data and make informed recommendations
  • Effective written and verbal communication, presentation and influencing skills, with the ability to adapt to different audiences
  • Strong stakeholder management experience, with a track record of building and leveraging relationships
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills, with a focus on data analysis and visualization
  • A team-first collaborative attitude, with a willingness to work independently and self-start initiatives
  • A business degree or equivalent, with a preference for advanced degrees

We offer a competitive base salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Additionally, you can expect bonus incentives, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for career development and training.
