Data Analytics and AI Expert Leader

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Data Analytics and AI team at KPMG. As a Manager in this role, you will be responsible for guiding clients through transformational changes by leveraging insights derived from data and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team responsible for designing and developing high-quality, forward-thinking, and innovative assurance solutions
  • Lead the integration of AI, data analytics, and automation in audit delivery
  • Test and deploy new data analytics, artificial intelligence, intelligent automation, and other audit tools that enhance the effectiveness of audit and assurance services
  • Supervise and work on diverse transformative projects that impact how data analytics contribute to the audit decision-making process and provide insights to clients
  • Contribute to business development by creating proposal responses and identifying new opportunities with clients
  • Collaborate across departments to harness synergies for comprehensive audit technology solutions
  • Maintain a deep understanding of advancements in the technology space, specifically regarding data analytics, AI, and cloud services
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred
  • Minimum of 6 years of professional experience, with more than 2 years of leadership experience in client-facing roles focused on data and AI
  • Proven ability to manage and execute projects in a professional environment
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, data wrangling, data governance, and data strategy
  • Proficiency with data analysis tools and languages, with minimum 4-6 years of experience working with one or more of the following tools and platforms: Alteryx, Databricks, SQL, Celonis, Python, VBA, PowerBI, Power Automate, Microsoft Azure cloud technologies, and Generative AI-powered solutions
  • Expertise with AI/machine learning platforms, including generative AI

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $140,000 - $180,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
