We are seeking an experienced Manager to join our team as a Data Analytics & Artificial Intelligence Expert. As part of our Enterprise division, you will be at the forefront of bringing intelligent automation, data engineering and artificial intelligence to deliver cutting-edge technology solutions that support audit and assurance engagements.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a team responsible for designing and developing high-quality, forward-thinking, and innovative assurance solutions
  • Integrating AI, data analytics and automation in the audit delivery
  • Testing and deploying new data analytics, artificial intelligence, intelligent automation and other audit tools that enhance the effectiveness of audit and assurance services
  • Supervising and working on diverse transformative projects that impact how data analytics contribute to the audit decision-making process and providing insights to our clients
  • Contributing to business development by creating proposal responses and identifying new opportunities with clients
  • Collaborating across departments to harness synergies for comprehensive audit technology solutions
  • Maintaining a deep understanding of advancements in the technology space, specifically regarding data analytics, AI, and cloud services

You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions that drive business value. Your expertise in data analytics, data science, and AI will enable you to solve complex business problems and create high-value solutions in dynamic environments.

About You

To be considered for this opportunity, you should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Analytics or a related field; a master's degree or Ph.D. is preferred
  • Minimum of 6 years of professional experience, with more than 2 years of leadership experience in client-facing roles focused on data and AI
  • Proven ability to manage and execute projects in a professional environment
  • Strong understanding of data modelling, data wrangling, data governance, and data strategy
  • Proficiency with data analysis tools and languages with minimum 4-6 years experience working with one or more of the following tools and platforms: Alteryx, Databricks, SQL, Celonis, Python, VBA, PowerBI, Power Automate, Microsoft Azure cloud technologies and Generative AI-powered solutions
  • Expertise with AI/machine learning platforms including generative AI

We offer a competitive salary range of $145,000 - $200,000 per year, based on your level of experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will have access to ongoing training and development opportunities, flexible work arrangements, and a dynamic work environment.
