Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Consultant in our People Analytics Reporting team. As a key member of this team, you will play a vital role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that support strategic business decision-making.

Responsibilities
  • Create, maintain, and optimize reports and dashboards within SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Develop SQL queries to extract relevant people data for analysis, ensuring effective data retrieval, manipulation, and storage while maintaining high levels of security and integrity.
  • Design and implement data models that support robust HR analytics and reporting.
  • Develop visually compelling dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or other visualization tools.
  • Present data insights to stakeholders through clear and engaging presentations.
  • Continuously improve reporting and visualization methods to better meet business needs.
  • Plan, execute, and analyze employee surveys to gauge engagement, satisfaction, and other HR metrics.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in people analytics, data analysis, or a related role.
  • Desirable proficiency in SQL and experience with large-scale data extraction and query development.
  • Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors Reporting, including report creation and optimization.
  • Advanced skills in data visualization tools, specifically Power BI.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis techniques.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, conveying complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Compensation Package

The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $120,000-$150,000 AUD, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
