Job Title: Data Insights Expert - SQL, Python and Adobe

This is a challenging role that requires a strong background in data analysis and digital marketing. As a Data Insights Expert at Westpac, you will play a key part in helping the company continue to grow rapidly.

$120,000 - $150,000 per annum.

Job Description:

You will be working in the Consumer & Business Marketing Analytics team, where you will support and advise the Mortgage Marketing and Product partners on their customer targeted initiatives through proactive direct marketing and digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Extract, analyse, and manipulate complex data using SQL and Adobe Clickstream to optimise customer communications and digital experiences.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Westpac's databases and data structures to drive data-driven insights and decisions.
  • Presentation clear and actionable insights to key stakeholders, highlighting opportunities for improvement and optimisation.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative data-driven solutions.
  • Drive innovation and challenge the status quo by leveraging data and analytics to create optimal customer experiences.
Requirements:
  • At least 4+ years Digital Insights or Analytics experience with a strong data-driven background.
  • Must be highly proficient in SQL (BigQuery) and working knowledge of Adobe Clickstream data.
  • Must have sound knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud products, in particular Adobe Analytics.
  • Ideally experienced in advanced analytics by utilising knowledge of statistical analyses using R/Python.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills are essential for stakeholder engagement responsibilities.
  • Ability to work as a self-starter on individual projects as well as being part of the team to contribute to team success.
  • Experience of working in cross-functional teams within an agile delivery framework.
