Key Responsibilities:- Drive sales growth and manage a successful sales team in ANZ
- Lead Partner Managers and PreSales functions with dotted line responsibility for Customer Success, Marketing, and BDR departments
- Develop go-to-market strategies and align direct and indirect channels
- Manage pipeline generation, forecasting, and sales cadence
- Maintain a progressive, inclusive, and connected culture by motivating individuals, fostering career development, and providing training
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute on plan
- Build and develop talent to ensure sales execution excellence
- Partner with enterprises to expand AI adoption and scale innovation
- Proven sales leadership experience with 15+ years in enterprise software sales
- 5+ years leading national teams across Australia & New Zealand
- Track record of building, scaling, and elevating successful sales teams
- Strong network of C-level and senior relationships within major Australian enterprises
- Experience driving hyper-growth in enterprise software with deep knowledge of complex solution-based sales cycles
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills to influence, motivate, and deliver results
- Strategic mindset with a long-term vision and urgency in execution
