Division: Boral Constr Mat Limited

We are seeking a highly skilled Workers Compensation and Wellbeing Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for the efficient and effective management of workers compensation claims and injury management for all Boral business units in SA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to reduce workers compensation risk to Boral by managing a portfolio of active claims and providing strategic advice to the business.
  • Participate in claim review meetings and develop Return to Work plans in consultation with stakeholders.
  • Maintain confidential case notes and assist with the implementation of Boral's pre-employment medical assessment process.
  • Oversee the management of litigated claims and develop processes to improve early intervention and rehabilitation.
Requirements
  • Allied Health Qualification and relevant SA Accredited Return to Work Co-ordinator.
  • Certificate IV Training and Assessment.
  • Demonstrated ability and experience in Claims Management, Injury Management, or Rehabilitation.
  • Extensive knowledge of Workers Compensation Legislation for SA and self-insured environments.
