About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Case Manager to join our team at QBE Insurance Group. As a Case Manager, you will play a critical role in assisting injured workers with their injury management and return to work plans.

Our ideal candidate will have experience in a case management, workers compensation, and/or allied health environment. You will be responsible for effectively setting expectations, communicating, and educating injured workers and their employers. You will also work in partnership with the injured worker and their employer to manage their journey in returning to work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Effectively set expectations, communicate, and educate injured workers and their employers
  • Work in partnership with the injured worker and their employer to manage their journey in returning to work
  • Ensure timeframes and compliance measures are adhered to in line with legislation and company policy
  • Document and apply decision-making principles
  • Meet and work in partnership with internal and external stakeholders to achieve best practice outcomes
