Key Responsibilities- Obtain and review medical, financial, investigative, and rehabilitation reports to ensure accurate assessment of individual claims.
- Ensure legislative compliance timeframes are met, with ongoing review of medical, financial, investigative, and rehabilitation reports.
- Develop effective strategies to resolve claims cost-effectively.
- Ensure early access to appropriate rehabilitation to facilitate optimal recovery from injuries.
- Provide exceptional customer service to legislative authorities, employers, and injured workers through timely responses and efficient processing.
- Previous experience in Workers Compensation claims or personal injury claims, with a track record of delivering results.
- Ability to demonstrate compassion and empathy for customers.
- Allied Health experience desirable.
- Excellent verbal communication skills, including listening, building rapport, and communicating complex information.
- Strong administrative and written skills, with the ability to effectively manage all aspects of each claim.
- Strong commitment and integrity to meet and exceed customer expectations.
