Personal Injury Solicitor

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Lawyer to join our team on a permanent full-time basis. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for managing personal injury files and collaborating with colleagues to achieve excellent client service and outcomes.
You will contribute to the development of legal strategies and engage with clients throughout the lifecycle of their claims. You will also attend court and mediation as required, maintaining high standards of legal work and compliance.
Your key responsibilities will include running personal injury files, working collaboratively with colleagues, and contributing to the development of legal strategies.
As a successful candidate, you will have extensive experience in Workers' Compensation, Public Liability, and Motor Vehicle Compensation claims. You will also have demonstrated litigation experience, business development skills, and the ability to execute complex file management.
Our ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, with experience providing high-level client service. They will also have a proactive approach to file management and experience working in a high-volume work environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Extensive experience in Workers' Compensation, Public Liability, and Motor Vehicle Compensation claims
- Demonstrated litigation experience and business development skills

- Proactive approach to file management and experience working in a high-volume work environment
