About the Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Senior Technical Analyst to join Westpac's team. As a key member of our organization, you will contribute to defining requirements and processes to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Job Description
  • Process Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop detailed process maps, functional documentation, and conduct data analysis to inform business decisions.
  • System Process Optimization: Design, document, and maintain system processes to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Establish strong relationships with internal and external teams to identify assumptions, dependencies, and potential risks.
  • Initiative Management: Capture and manage RAID for initiatives to mitigate potential risks and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Workshop Facilitation: Drive workshops, document outcomes, and circulate results to stakeholders.
  • Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation to drive business growth.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Business Analysis Experience: Proven experience as an end-to-end Business Analyst with banking product knowledge.
  • Requirements Elicitation: Excellent understanding of tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, etc., and the ability to elicit requirements effectively.
