Your estimated salary in this role will be $85,000-$105,000 per annum, based on your location and qualifications. This figure includes a base salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per annum and additional benefits such as flexible work arrangements, professional development opportunities, and comprehensive health insurance.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of cloud computing concepts. Experience with Linux, Windows Server, and networking technologies is essential, as well as familiarity with various programming languages such as Python, R, Ruby, GO, Java, .NET (C#), and JavaScript. A bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience is also required.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Learns and uses groundbreaking technologies.
  • Applies advanced troubleshooting techniques to provide unique solutions to our customers' individual needs.
  • Interacts with leading engineers around the world.
  • Partners with AWS teams to help reproduce and resolve customer issues.
  • Leverages your extensive customer support experience to provide feedback to internal AWS teams on how to improve our services.
  • Drives customer communication during critical events.
  • Drives projects that improve support-related processes and our customers' technical support experience.
  • Writes tutorials, how-to videos, and other technical articles for the developer community.
  • Works on critical, highly complex customer problems that may span multiple AWS services.
