Job Description:

We're seeking an experienced Deal Desk Manager to join our team. As a key member of our commercial strategy team, you will be responsible for designing deal structures, business terms, guardrails, guidelines, policies, and metrics that impact customer outcomes.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Designing and implementing deal frameworks that drive customer value and business growth.
  • Serving as a trusted advisor and thought leader in the development of commercial strategy and deals.
  • Providing insights into deal economics and pricing strategies to enable successful negotiations.
  • Facilitating alignment and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to resolve conflicts and encourage productive interactions.
  • Cultivating best practices through analysis and reporting in support of continuous improvements.

You'll Also Own and Manage:

  • The velocity of term sheets and definitive agreements to streamline the deal cycle.
  • Deal reviews with Finance, Product, Legal, Accounting, Tax, Regulatory, Engineering, and other partner teams to influence and facilitate alignment, approvals, and compliance.
  • The hiring, development, and training of the deal team on best practices and guidelines.

About the Team:

This role may require access to information, technology, or hardware that is subject to export control laws and regulations. Employment in this position is contingent upon obtaining any required export licenses or other approvals from the United States government.

What We're Looking For:

  • A Bachelor's degree and relevant experience in developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements.
  • Experience working with customers on the structuring of substantial, strategic, and complex deals from opportunity through closure.
  • Demonstrated success working with C-level executives, IT, lines of business, procurement, finance, and legal and internal stakeholders for sizeable commercial/enterprise deals.

Salary: $140,000 per year
