About the Role

As a Workforce Staffing Lead at Amazon, you will be responsible for driving high-volume hiring and associate labor delivery through daily vendor management and engagement.

This role involves key responsibilities such as agency management, including relationship maintenance and pool integrity; management of labour order fill rate; end-to-end Green Badge pool management, requiring partnership with operations to deliver daily fill rates and provide required information; ability to interpret data and provide business reports; partnering with WFS leadership to support community groups and leverage grassroots sourcing channels to develop talent communities to fill positions; and must be able to travel as needed to conduct events in various locations within your designated Node or assigned geographical area.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need 3+ years of human resources experience and experience with HR processes and systems. Preferred qualifications include experience with process improvement and stakeholder management, as well as experience managing confidential and sensitive employee information and adherence to strict confidentiality standards.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. Amazon offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
