You will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by qualifying and converting inbound leads into high-quality meetings for the sales team. With a focus on prospect engagement, communication, and relationship-building, you will empower businesses to thrive and employees to excel with our solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Qualify and convert inbound leads by assessing fit with ideal customer profiles and booking high-quality meetings for the sales team.
  • Achieve activity targets by generating a consistent number of qualified opportunities per month.
  • Engage inbound leads promptly to maximise conversion rates.
  • Maintain CRM accuracy and data management to support sales forecasting and decision-making.
Essential Activities
  • Initiating contact with potential customers through inbound inquiries to source new opportunities.
  • Conducting discovery calls to understand customer needs and requirements.
  • Routing promising opportunities to Account Executives for further development and closure.
  • Conducting thorough account research and identifying key decision-makers.
  • Maintaining and growing your prospect database within your assigned segment.
  • Collaborating on delivering engaging online demos to prospects as needed.
