Field Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Service Team Lead to manage our team of field service engineers. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising, managing and motivating team members on a daily basis.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proactive in ensuring smooth team operations and effective collaboration. They will also lead by setting a good example and engage the team to achieve goals set by management.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of direct reports and internal and external stakeholders
  • Rostering to accomplish day-to-day service activities
  • Oversee field service operations ensuring adequate staffing exists to meet key performance indicators
  • Check and drive team for regular time sheets management and compliance
  • Verify and approve expense statements
  • Assumes ownership for achieving customer performance metrics (service level agreements)
  • Mentor, motivate and develop team members
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide necessary guidance
  • Provide technical assistance and guidance with cross-training activities
  • Communicate internally and externally to ensure timely progress of tasks

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or 5 years of related experience
  • Computer literacy and competency in Microsoft Office
  • Minimum 5 years technical field service experience
