Job Title: Field Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Operations Manager to join our team.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for the effective management and delivery of installations, maintenance services, and service call outs. This will involve overseeing projects from inception to completion, managing resources, including technicians and subcontractors, and coordinating all materials, labour, travel arrangements, and equipment hire.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Resource Management: Supervise and coordinate the work of technicians and subcontractors, allocating tasks and monitoring progress.
  • Supply Chain Management: Source and procure materials, equipment, and services as required, negotiating with suppliers when necessary.
  • Financial Management: Monitor and control project expenses, ensuring adherence to budget parameters.
  • HR Management: Administer technician's timesheets, field service sheets, and maintenance reports, maintaining accurate records and submitting them to senior management.
Selection Criteria:
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in a similar industry or role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Skillset: Mechanical aptitude, project management expertise, strong organisational abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or engineering.
