Job OverviewThe Behavioural Strategy Associate plays a pivotal role in developing and evaluating behavioural change interventions and strategies. This position requires strong analytical and creative thinking skills, as well as exceptional written and verbal communication abilities. Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the formation of behavioural objectives and the development of behavioural hypotheses for projects.
  • Contribute to effective behavioural research projects from client brief, behavioural research design and analysis.
  • Develop and deliver actionable recommendations across a wide range of topics.
  • Sustain and contribute to a collaborative team culture, values and behaviours.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Psychology, Behavioural Science or Behavioural Economics.
  • Demonstrated ability to digest complex information and form a coherent point of view.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to interact clearly and positively with internal and external stakeholders.
