Overview

Exciting & unique role focused on specialised training and education in a leading Allied Health provider. This is a hybrid role based across Optimum Health Solutions facilities in NSW and Tasmania with opportunities to develop and deliver training, supervise, and mentor peers while contributing to research-driven practice improvements.

About The Role
  • Subject Matter Expert in Behaviour Support, combining specialist knowledge with leadership, mentorship and education experience to shape the future of clinical education within the organisation and the Allied Health sector.
  • Develop high-quality courses for the Professional Development Platform.
  • Present expert content in face-to-face workshops.
  • Be involved in one-to-one mentorship.
  • Provide specialist supervision in areas of expertise.
  • Maintain a clinical caseload (24 billable hours per week).
  • Engage with industry leaders and contribute to research-driven practice improvements.
About You

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced BSP who is a subject matter expert in any of the following areas:

  • ASD/Neurodiversity
  • Trauma Informed Care
  • Paediatrics/ECI
  • Mental Health
You Must Meet The Following Criteria
  • Proficient BSP registration is a minimum requirement
  • Solid practical experience in Behaviour Support
  • The ability to work autonomously
  • Strong mentorship and coaching skills
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to meet KPIs
  • Valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle
  • Ability to work flexibly and travel as needed
