About ANZ, a leading financial institution in Australia and New Zealand, we're shaping a world where people and communities thrive. Our mission is to improve the financial wellbeing and sustainability of our customers.
The Enterprise Crisis Management Lead plays a pivotal role in ensuring ANZ's preparedness and resilience in the face of unexpected events and emergencies. This position demands strategic foresight, strong leadership, and the ability to foster a culture of readiness across all levels of the organisation.
As a key member of our team, you will contribute directly to our mission by leading the bank's central coordination, communication, and overall management of crisis events. Your exceptional skills and experience will enable us to safeguard our critical operations and reputation.
With a focus on developing and implementing risk assessment and mitigation strategies, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive and actionable plans are in place. Your analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities will be essential in anticipating potential issues and devising proactive solutions.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape our crisis management plans, lead proactive crisis preparedness efforts, conduct training and simulation exercises, manage incident response, and participate in post-crisis evaluation and improvement. Your ability to make critical decisions under pressure and guide teams through complex situations will be crucial.
To succeed in this role, you will ideally bring at least 3 years of relevant experience in crisis management, emergency response, or a related field. Relevant professional certifications or qualifications in business continuity management, risk management, emergency management, or a related field are desirable. You will also possess excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, and the capacity to interact confidently with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
We offer a competitive salary range of AUD $120,000 - $160,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will have access to a range of benefits, including health and wellbeing services, discounts on selected products and services from ANZ, and flexible working arrangements to suit your needs.
We value diversity and inclusion at ANZ and welcome applications from everyone. If you require adjustments to our recruitment process or the role itself, please let us know how we can provide you with additional support.
