About the Role

As a dedicated Support Specialist, you will provide executive-level support in diary and schedule management, attend meetings, and action tasks, as well as handle event planning, travel arrangements, and expense claims.

Contribute to process improvement initiatives aimed at streamlining operations and enhancing productivity and efficiency.

Take ownership of maintaining accurate and up-to-date files and documents, ensuring seamless information exchange.

Collaborate with members of the Executive's team to resolve issues and redirect urgent matters.

About You

Essential qualifications and attributes include:

Proven EA experience, problem-solving aptitude, organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, capacity to build trust and relationships, autonomy, interpersonal communication skills, technical proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and cloud-based services, time management, decisiveness under pressure.
