Executive Officer Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide proactive and organized executive support to senior leaders.
  • Assist with correspondence, database management, and meeting logistics.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of a busy professional consulting firm.
  • Oversee processes undertaken by consultants to ensure brand consistency and organizational values.
  • Manage office operations, prioritizing executives' time and drawing attention to matters of priority.
  • Manage all correspondence in and out of the office, prioritizing and monitoring correspondence in Outlook to meet deadlines.
  • Collaborate as a key member of the Executive Team and partner across business areas to assist with management and operations.
  • Act as first point of contact to executives and provide high-level service to external and internal stakeholders.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Selection Criteria:

  • Excellent executive support skills in administrative, logistics, and diary support.
  • Strong initiative and highly organized, juggling competing priorities and responding flexibly and proactively.
  • Outstanding attention to detail.
  • Strong administration skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and database management.
  • Well-developed interpersonal, verbal, and communication skills, establishing effective relationships with strong confidentiality and ethics.
  • Advanced knowledge of writing skills and high-level oversight to quality assurance.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgement.
  • Self-sufficiency and adaptability, taking action accordingly.
  • Natural problem solver devising creative solutions and providing tactical implementation.
  • Team player demonstrating leadership and management ability.
