Executive Director of Early Childhood Services

We are seeking an innovative and experienced leader to manage, mentor and guide our team of early childhood professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our centre while fostering a culture of inquiry and learning.
This is a 60-place purpose-built centre for children aged 0–6 years located in Roselands, Southwest Sydney.
As Executive Director, you will have the autonomy to develop and implement innovative evidence-based practices, leading positive change within the organisation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing programs, systems, and operational processes to ensure the successful running of the centre
- Maintaining and developing positive relationships and effective communication with stakeholders
- Providing guidance and support to staff members
- Managing the centre's budget and expenditure
- Ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations
- Organising rosters and staffing
The successful candidate will ideally possess:
- A Bachelor of Early Childhood Education with at least two years of experience as a Centre Director
- A current First Aid Certificate
- Exceptional knowledge and experience in leading a team of professional staff
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A solid understanding of policies, procedures, and regulations
