Education Director for Inclusive Early Childhood Services

About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to lead our Education Support Team in ensuring effective support and inclusion of children in KU services. As the Senior Manager, Education and Support, you will foster a collaborative team environment and contribute to the development and implementation of relevant Early Childhood Education (ECE) Support goals.
You will be responsible for all KU Services inclusion activities, funding, training, and projects.
About You- Tertiary qualification in Early Childhood Education from a recognised university with a deep understanding of the sector.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a manager's role with demonstrated advanced leadership skills and ability to motivate others towards goal completion.
- Minimum 5 years' experience working in inclusive education or early childhood intervention.
- Demonstrated current knowledge of the early childhood sector, including knowledge of the National Quality Framework.
- Current Working with Children Check.
- An estimated salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
