About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Director to lead our team at KU Faulconbridge Children's Centre. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and guidance to our educators and staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality early childhood education and care services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of educators and staff to deliver high-quality early childhood education and care services
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality of our services and achieve our goals
  • Collaborate with our leadership team to develop and implement policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our families and the local community

Requirements

  • ACECQA recognised Early Childhood Teaching degree
  • Completed Child Protection Training and demonstrated understanding of current child safe practices
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificates and approved Asthma and Anaphylaxis Management certificates
  • NESA Teacher Accreditation
  • Sound understanding of the Education and Care Services National Law and the Education and Care Services National Regulations
  • Working knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework
