Learning and Capability Lead

This is a dynamic leadership position responsible for spearheading the development, delivery, and ongoing improvement of organisational learning and capability programs.
- Lead the creation and implementation of strategic learning initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Maintain and enhance the Capability Framework to support workforce growth and development.
- Develop and implement performance frameworks that drive organisational excellence.
- Design and deploy skills taxonomies that align with job family frameworks.
To excel in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in leading learning teams or similar roles in fast-paced, complex organisations.
- Expertise in learning strategy, design, delivery, and evaluation.
- Experience managing learning systems, mandatory training programs, and enterprise capability frameworks.
- A strong understanding of performance frameworks and talent development models, including operationalising hybrid learning environments.
