Job Title: Assistant Director Learning and Capability
This role requires a senior professional to lead the development, delivery and ongoing improvement of learning and capability programs. The ideal candidate will have experience in leading learning and development teams, designing and implementing comprehensive reviews of capability frameworks, and managing learning systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development, delivery and ongoing improvement of learning and capability programs.
- Maintain and implement the agency's capability framework.
- Design and implement a skills taxonomy aligned to the job family framework.
- Develop and implement performance frameworks and talent development models.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Demonstrated expertise in learning and capability strategy, design, delivery and evaluation.
- Experience managing learning systems, mandatory training programs and enterprise capability frameworks.
- Strong understanding of performance frameworks and talent development models.
Benefits:
- Salary: $123,702 - $136,900 (plus superannuation)
