Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the development of our learning and capability programs.

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled leader to drive capability in line with our new strategic plan, by implementing a comprehensive review of our capability framework and integrating it with our performance and development processes.

The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience leading a learning and development team or similar role in a fast-paced and large complex people-centred organisation.

They will be responsible for maintaining and implementing our Capability Framework, developing and implementing the SES and whole of agency Performance Framework, and designing and implementing a skills taxonomy aligned to our job family framework.
