Learning and Capability Leader

The successful candidate will lead the development, delivery, and ongoing improvement of learning and capability programs. This includes creating and implementing strategies to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver high-impact learning and development programs that drive organisational capability.
- Maintain and implement the ACCC Capability Framework.
- Design and implement a skills taxonomy aligned to the organisation's job family framework.
About You
- Demonstrated experience leading a team in a fast-paced and complex organisation.
- Expertise in learning and capability strategy, design, delivery, and evaluation.
- Experience managing learning systems and enterprise capability frameworks.
- A strong understanding of performance frameworks and talent development models.
Requirements
- Demonstrated expertise in leading learning and development teams or similar roles.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
